I use this oxymel almost daily! It is an excellent preventative for lung-related illnesses (acute or chronic!) and helps my cannabis-smoking lungs feel like I'm not a smoker. So I was fighting a cold for a few days. Everyone around me was really sick with a bad flu/cold. I ordered it and received it quick. Started drinking it right away and I can say it works. I didn’t get the nasty cough or congested. In about 3 days I was feeling myself again. The taste is strong but is not a bad taste. Great product.
